The Brief

A regional support service provider launched a senior leadership development initiative in 2024 to strengthen the capability of its 12 Service Managers. This program was designed to build on the foundational learning from the Emerging and Developing Leaders Program and to embed a consistent leadership language across all levels of the organisation.

The program was delivered in partnership with Future Leadership, with a focus on adaptive leadership, strategic thinking, and cultural alignment to the organisations model.

The Process

The Senior Leadership Modules were structured around three 2-hour online sessions, each covering content from Emerging and Developing Leader’s Program.

These sessions were designed to:

  • Reinforce key leadership concepts
  • Create a shared understanding across leadership tiers
  • Support the transition from operational to strategic leadership

The program focused on three core domains:

  1. Your Professional Self – Enhancing presence, purpose, and personal leadership identity
  2. Developing Sustainable Relationships – Building trust, managing conflict, and leading for accountability
  3. Leading in a Complex Sector – Navigating ambiguity, driving strategic outcomes, and aligning with the organisations cultural commitments

Each domain was supported by practical tools, coaching, and reflective exercises to ensure real-world application.
