The Brief
Our Client engaged Future Leadership to deliver a targeted leadership development initiative using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step II assessment. The objective was to deepen self-awareness and team understanding across our clients Senior Leadership cohort, supporting more effective collaboration and leadership alignment across divisions.

The Process
Future Leadership designed and facilitated a structured MBTI Step II experience for our client’s Senior Leaders, including:
- Participant Engagement: Participation was optional for the 22 leaders and of the 22 invited to participate, 20 opted in and completed the full process.
- Assessment and Debrief: Each participant completed the MBTI Step II assessment and received a personalised feedback report and a 90-minute one-on-one debrief sessions. These sessions were conducted by Future Leadership coaches.
- Group Insights and Reporting: A synthesis of individual and group-level insights was prepared for our client’s CEO and CPO. This included MBTI maps by cohort and division, and commentary with an anonymous summary of leadership preferences and their implications.
- Executive Briefing: A final session was held with out clients Executive Team to share key findings and discuss opportunities for applying the insights to leadership practice and team dynamics.
