Appointing a Chief Executive Officer to Drive Organisational Change and Lead Strategic Governance Across a National Catholic Education Network. Supporting the Transition to a New Governance Model.

Catholic School Governance Body

The Brief

Future Leadership™ partnered with a national education governance organisation responsible for the oversight of seven Catholic schools across Australia, two associated schools, and a program in Vietnam.

The Board sought to appoint a strategic and collaborative Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation within the independent Catholic education network. This pivotal role required a leader capable of managing significant organisational and cultural change while working in partnership with member schools to achieve high-quality educational outcomes. The appointee was also tasked with embedding the organisation’s charism and focusing on the education of young women.

As the organisation transitioned to a new governance model, this leadership appointment was critical to its success.
