The Process

Following a thorough briefing, Future Leadership took a targeted approach, focusing on senior-level strategic leaders with backgrounds in complex environmental fields.

The search process was supported by an online and advertising campaign. Future Leadership conducted extensive candidate assessments and interviews, presenting a longlist report to the selection committee with seven qualified candidates from peak and advocacy leadership capacities and an additional eight candidates identified as tier two. Four candidates attended panel interviews, with three rounds hosted due to the strength of all four candidates. The entire Board was present during the final interviews.
