The Brief
In late 2021, the organisations Executive team engaged Future Leadership to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to enable continued evolution as leaders in the delivery of wide ranging and high-quality disability support services.

They sought an appointee who demonstrated a strong advocacy ability coupled with superior communication capabilities and the ability to build strong and trusting alliances (across government, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and externally) along with the skills to navigate and lead the organisation through the next phase of growth and acquisition.
