The Process

Following an in-depth briefing with the organisation’s CEO and Acting Executive Director of People & Culture, Future Leadership conducted a comprehensive search for high-calibre executives within public and private hospitals across Australia and New Zealand.

The search targeted candidates with experience in organisations of similar scale. Preliminary interviews were conducted using structured questions aligned to the role, leading to a shortlist of six candidates, including an internal candidate.

Four candidates were advanced to panel interviews, which were held at the healthcare provider’s facility. The panel interviews were highly successful, leading to the appointment of the preferred candidate.
