The Brief

A local government organisation sought to establish best practice project management methodologies and frameworks while undergoing significant transformation over the next 12-24 months, with a particular focus on capital works management and the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO).

Future Leadership’s Interim Executive team was tasked with finding an experienced project management lead to guide this process.

The Process

The client required an experienced project management lead with a background in capital management, facility and property management, and a strong focus on operations management and PMO excellence.

The successful candidate brought expertise in built environments for offices, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing facilities, with a deep understanding of constraints, efficiencies, and operational impacts. Their extensive experience working within the government sector in capital management, facilities, and asset management made them the standout candidate for this role.
