The Brief
The Executive Leadership Program is this government agency’s senior leadership flagship course, designed exclusively for senior executives working in Victorian local government.
Senior Managers, CEOs, Directors and aspiring CEOs apply. 24 participants are selected by an independent panel, participate in the course from February to August each year.
The program addresses the challenges of senior leadership in Local Government and offers participants the opportunity to actively engage with a broad range of expert speakers and mentors from both inside and outside of Local Government across key pillars of leadership.

Future Leadership regularly presents at a webinar series for this local government body. This free series covers topics such as leadership, diversity and inclusion, workplace practices, governance, policies, and specialty content.
