The Process

Future Leadership designed and implemented the “Advance” program, an Adaptive Leadership initiative for the top 35 leaders across the organisation, including high potentials for business leadership roles. The program was built on adaptive leadership principles, with the goal of fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence. Key elements of the program included:

  • Assessment and Measurement: Developing self and team awareness through comprehensive assessments.
  • Disruptive Leadership Development: Engaging leaders in open dialogue, exposure to alternative environments, and scenario-based learning to challenge existing mindsets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Encouraging collaborative problem-solving, which led to innovative solutions, including the creation of a major inner-city aged care facility as part of a broader $200 million wellbeing precinct.
