The Process

Future Leadership created customised learning solutions through a collaborative co-design approach with the client. Using up-to-date and evidence-based leadership science, the learning modules were designed with experiential and skill development activities that embedded learning into everyday work.

  • Modular Design:
The program offered leaders the flexibility to self-select modules based on their career development needs and aspirations. Real-life examples and case studies specific to the organisation were woven into the modules to ensure the learning was relevant and immediately applicable.
  • Adult Learning Principles:
The program employed adult learning principles such as Learn – Reflect – Apply (10-20-70), enabling ongoing evaluation, review, and adjustment in partnership with the client.
  • Learning Campaigns:
A series of learning campaigns were launched to drive demand and create a culture of continuous learning. Full-day immersive experiences were designed for all three levels of management, with clear mastery and learning outcomes that built upon each other across the levels.
  • Topics Covered:
Module topics included Emotional Intelligence, Difficult Conversations, Influencing & Negotiation, Stakeholder Engagement, Growth Mindset, Coaching, Customer-Centricity, Prioritising & Time Management, and Embracing and Leading Change.
