The Brief

Future Leadership collaborated with the shared services function of a leading university to develop a customised six-month leadership development program. The brief comprised of the following asks:

  • Design a bespoke leadership development offering for 60 senior and mid-level managers . 
  • Embed the newly defined success factors for leadership following a transformation . 
  • Build a consistent level of leadership capability necessary for top performers to be successful now and into the future . 
  • Build relationships and break down barriers between functions, in order to create a more unified team.

The Process

Future Leadership designed and delivered the Propel program, which included:

  • Insight diagnostics into individual leadership styles 
  • 3 x individual coaching sessions per participant 
  • Three facilitated workshops (each of one-day duration), covering the following content areas:
  1. Workshop 1 – “Discover”: Emotional Intelligence, Adaptive Mindset & Resilience 
  2. Workshop 2 – “Innovate”: Innovation, Collaboration & Leading Teams 
  3. Workshop 3 – “Impact”: Understanding & Contributing to Strategy

The Outcome

The program resulted in enhanced leadership capabilities, improved collaboration, and increased self-awareness among participants.
