The Brief
Future Leadership collaborated with the shared services function of a leading university to develop a customised six-month leadership development program. The brief comprised of the following asks:
- Design a bespoke leadership development offering for 60 senior and mid-level managers .
- Embed the newly defined success factors for leadership following a transformation .
- Build a consistent level of leadership capability necessary for top performers to be successful now and into the future .
- Build relationships and break down barriers between functions, in order to create a more unified team.
