Delivering a Talent Acquisition and Capability Advisory Solution to Support Infrastructure Transformation for a Victorian Local Council

infrastructure leaders in local government

The Brief

Future Leadership™ was engaged by a local council in Victoria to recruit foundational leadership roles and provide strategic advisory support following a major restructure of its Infrastructure directorate.
The restructure was driven by anticipated population growth and the need to elevate infrastructure and outdoor space standards across the municipality. The engagement focused on identifying and appointing leaders who could drive service delivery improvements and align with the council’s long-term infrastructure vision. Future Leadership established a trusted partnership with the Director Infrastructure early in the process, positioning the team to support both recruitment and broader capability planning.
