Associate Partner, Interim Executive

Alexandra Deng is an Associate Partner specialising in agile talent within Future Leadership’s Interim Executive practice. with a focus on senior appointments in the Public Sector, she works across all levels of Government, with a functional speciality in People & Culture. Alexandra is diversely experienced in Human Resources and Law, having held senior positions in People & Culture across industries including technology, R&D, horticulture and construction. Her experience includes HR governance, greenfield HR, employment relations, industrial relations, remuneration, DEI&B and HR operations. She has worked in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and brings an international perspective to her work. 

Alexandra’s broad P&C experience allows her to work with clients, particularly P&C leaders, in identifying talent needs, design resourcing strategies and provide holistic solutions that include interim appointments and advisory services. Alexandra’s passion is to help transform the local leadership landscape through connecting organisations with qualified talent that can help resolve short- and long-term people challenges. 

Alexandra Deng holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Pharmacology) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and the University of Glasgow, Scotland. She is a professional member of the Australian HR Institute.
