Future Leadership is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Sarah Warby to the position of Director of Professional Practice and Research at Loreto Kirribilli, commencing in January 2025. As a member of the School Executive team, reporting to the Principal, Sarah will lead the development and implementation of professional learning initiatives, drive research-based practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the School. This strategic role supports Loreto Kirribilli’s commitment to empowering exceptional educators by enhancing teaching quality, leadership development, and career progression. Through innovative educational practices, Sarah aims to ensure Loreto Kirribilli remains at the forefront of pedagogical excellence.
In her most recent role as Leader of Professional Growth at Hills Grammar, Sarah successfully developed and implemented a whole school mentoring program, comprehensive professional learning and accreditation programs for teaching staff from Early Childhood to Year 12, and support staff, fostering growth, engagement, enhanced teaching quality, and wellbeing.
Sarah is excited to bring her passion for teacher development and evidence-informed practice to the Loreto Kirribilli community.
