Jason brings over three decades of experience as a faith-driven educational leader, with a proven track record of driving strategic improvement across school, regional, and university contexts. His leadership style, characterized by collaboration and purpose, has consistently delivered academic excellence, enhanced staff capability, and nurtured inclusive, faith-aligned school cultures.
In his current role as Head of Primary at Toowoomba Anglican School, Jason has led transformative initiatives, including the redevelopment of Strategic Plans, successful implementation of the Australian Curriculum (Version 9), and pedagogical reviews with exemplary accreditation outcomes. His achievements include increasing enrolments during periods of change, leading Kindergarten reviews to Exceeding ratings, and achieving the highest Year 3 and 5 NAPLAN results in the region.
Jason’s commitment to evidence-based educational leadership, innovation, and strategic transformation distinguishes him as an exceptional leader. His expertise in Literacy and Reading Pedagogy, NASSAB audits, and multi-tiered systems of support processes has consistently improved student learning outcomes.
