Future Leadership is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicholas Brice as Deputy Principal at Peninsula Grammar.
Nicholas brings nearly 25 years of educational leadership experience across leading independent schools and educational agencies. He is recognised for his strategic vision, collaborative approach, and deep commitment to fostering academic excellence and student wellbeing.
Nicholas’s career includes senior roles such as Assistant Principal – Teaching and Learning at Mercedes College, Deputy Chief Executive at the SACE Board of South Australia, Deputy Headmaster and Acting Headmaster at Somerset College, and Head of Senior School at Pulteney Grammar School. His experience spans curriculum and pastoral leadership, policy creation, financial management, and the implementation of innovative teaching and learning practices.
At the SACE Board, Nicholas led strategic change initiatives, managed high-performing teams, and contributed to the development of national education policy and assessment frameworks. His recent work at Mercedes College demonstrates his ability to quickly adapt and make a positive impact in dynamic school environments.
Nicholas is passionate about nurturing the academic and emotional success of all students and is committed to creating environments that empower young people to thrive in a complex and ever-changing world. He is currently completing a Master of Education (School Leadership) at Deakin University, further strengthening his expertise in educational leadership.
