We are delighted to announce the appointment of Natalie Devenish as the new Principal of St Dominic’s College. Natalie is the first female Principal in the College’s history—a milestone that is warmly celebrated by both Future Leadership and the St Dominic’s community.

Natalie brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership. She has most recently served as Assistant Principal – Teaching & Learning at Christian Brothers High School Lewisham and previously held the role of Deputy Principal at St Mary’s Cathedral College, including several terms as Acting Principal. Throughout her career, she has shown a deep commitment to academic excellence, data-informed decision-making, and innovative curriculum development.

A dedicated Catholic educator, Natalie is passionate about faith formation, social justice, and building inclusive, community-oriented partnerships grounded in the values of the Edmund Rice tradition. Her strategic insight, commitment to holistic student growth, and ability to lead and inspire staff while fostering meaningful relationships with families position her as an exceptional leader for St Dominic’s College.

Future Leadership is proud to have partnered with St Dominic’s College in this appointment and looks forward to the positive impact of Natalie’s leadership and the care she will bring to the school community.

“My experience with Future Leadership, led by Kirsti, was excellent from start to finish. The recruitment and interview process was professional, supportive, and efficient. Kirsti’s clear communication, combined with her deep knowledge and insight into the education sector, made a significant difference throughout the journey. It was evident that Future Leadership truly understands the sector and is committed to finding the right fit for both candidates and organisations.”
