We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Vanessa Bremer as the Head of Human Resources at Methodist Ladies’ College. Vanessa will commence her role at MLC in April 2025.
With over 20 years of experience in independent schools, Vanessa is an accomplished leader with a proven track record in building and leading human resources, optimising performance management processes, and managing complex industrial and employee relations matters. Her expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management, combined with her strategic leadership, has significantly strengthened human resources functions across multiple campuses. Committed to fostering strong employee engagement and aligning human resources practices with organisational objectives, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to MLC.
