The Position
Cranbrook School is seeking a Deputy Head of Senior School, Operations and Co-Curricular will have significant expertise and experience in developing, implementing and managing school operations, co-curricular initiatives and key events, to ensure the smooth running of the Senior School and its campus.
The Deputy Head of Senior School, Operation and Co-curricular is a member of the School Executive and of the Senior Leadership Team of the Senior School. They will be required to work with other Deputies and members of the Senior Leadership Team as required to keep them informed of initiatives and progress, and to collaborate where beneficial.
The Deputy Head of Senior School, Operation and Co-curricular will be responsible for the development and operation of effective routines, timetabling and organisational structures across the Senior School. They will also collaboratively plan and implement a broad co-curricular program and organisational structures across the Senior School. They will collaboratively plan and implement a broad co-curricular program. Their leadership will embed these values and ethos of the School into all aspects of its day-to-day activity. This includes school-wide strategic direction for student and staff involvement in the co-curricular space, focusing on embedding the principles of balance, breadth and community involvement into the fabric of the School.
