Evangeline Aston is an experienced purpose-driven coach with a focus on helping people gain the clarity, confidence and capability to be at their best, in work and in life. Eva has spent over 20 years -as a consultant, leader and coach – helping people make successful change.

Evangeline’s creative lens and systems-thinking approach, combined with compassion and appreciation for her client’s unique experiences and strengths, creates an empathetic and person-centred coaching environment to help each of her clients achieve their full potential as they uplift their leadership capability.

Evangeline has worked across telecommunications, utilities and travel industries as a consultant with DWS. Prior to her private practice, Evangeline spent 10 years in the Victorian Public Service, where she gained insight into a wide range of portfolios and services delivered to the Victorian people, from urban planning to environmental protection and construction of public infrastructure. Evangeline oversaw organisational change and restructure projects, created culturally and gender diverse teams, lead innovation and culture change programs and increased the positive culture of her group by over 40%. Eva works with C suite executives and General Managers.

With broad experience across public and private sectors in the fields of leadership, career coaching, innovation and change management, Evangeline has a first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities her clients face. This insight helps Evangeline’s clients to create fulfilling work experiences for themselves and their employees, while simultaneously delivering tangible value to their business.
