Jo Starke

Jo Starke is a highly experienced coach, contributing as an associate to the Future Leadership Advisory practice. An ICF (International Coaching Federation) Accredited Coach and Senior Human Resources professional with over 16 years experience partnering with leaders within complex global organisations and those experiencing rapid growth in fast-moving industries. Jo thrives when working with others, building authentic and trusted relationships, and takes great satisfaction in bringing out the best in people.

Jo has partnered with many coachees from diverse corporate organisations including within the FMCG industry. Specifically, Jo has worked with senior leaders at Asahi, Lion and Coles Group through career transition and outplacement, as well as leadership development. In addition to her coaching experience, Jo has an extensive background in Human Resources within large complex global organisations (BlueScope Ltd and General Motors Holden) coupled with building the HR function from the ground up at a fast paced, rapidly growing ready meal organisation. Jo therefore brings a unique understanding as a coach due to her professional background which enables her to work effectively with both the coachee and the organisation sponsor where required.
