Associate Partner, Executive Search

Larissa Langley is an Associate Partner with Future Leadership working in the Education and Health Practices. Larissa began her career in the health sector and has since gained valuable experience in the Independent School’s sector. Larissa understands the importance of education, fostering genuine partnerships and collaborating closely with her clients to understand the cultural and strategic alignment required for each role.

Larissa previously spent a number of years working as a Business Development Manager in a broad range of sectors in Australia and New Zealand identifying new business opportunities that aligned with client objectives for growth focused organisations. She has lived with her family in Singapore, Houston and London gaining valuable insights into diverse cultural environments.

Larissa Langley trained as  a General Nurse at the Alfred Hospital and has a Graduate Certificate in Specialist Inclusive Education, from Deakin University
