Gavin Dean

Gavin is a senior finance executive with a specialisation in systems thinking and technology solutions. He comes from a background collaborating as a trusted senior advisor to executive leadership teams across people service industries. With strong experience in search, recruitment and advisory services, Gavin is known for providing high-quality commercial insight and advice. He supports Boards, CEOs and business leaders going through transformation. Gavin is CPA and GAICD certified, is an accredited Black Belt in Six Sigma, and holds a Global Executive MBA from Monash University.

Gavin brings a true understanding of the optimisation of data, analytics and insight to drive high performance and customer satisfaction using a combination of technology and human services. He has led group finance, FP&A, commercial finance, technology, shared services and OHS teams of 70+ employees. Gavin is experienced in M&A, integration of acquired businesses, systems implementations and transformation programs. He is highly experienced in external stakeholder management across technology, audit, taxation and treasury, and he is a strong team player passionate about growing sustainable business for the future.
