The Brief

A local Council engaged Future Leadership to assist in the recruitment of multiple roles for the newly created Customer Transformation Unit.

The unit was established to transform the customer experience for their valued community and will connect customer, strategy and business improvement to meet community expectations now and into the future.

The Process

A detailed briefing was conducted with the Director, Corporate Strategy and Business Improvement to clearly outline the required competencies and attributes of the ideal candidates for the four roles.

The Future Leadership team planned a confidential search strategy and conducted an extensive targeted search.  A timeline was structured to meet the needs of the organisation while ensuring a quality candidate pool was identified.

Future Leadership provided a diverse list of candidates for consideration, bringing a mix of experience from both public and private sectors.

The Outcome

The local council were extremely happy with the quality of the candidates presented for the positions and confirmed the appointment of five candidates from this process. With one candidate being an additional appointment.
