Collaboration Spectrum: Participants were introduced to the Collaboration Spectrum model and completed a digital self-assessment based on recent work experiences. This tool helped individuals reflect on their current collaboration behaviours and identify areas for growth.
Experiential Activity – “Building in the Dark”: Teams engaged in a hands-on Lego-based challenge designed to simulate varying levels of collaboration. Each team received a box with a design brief, loose Lego pieces, and assigned roles. The activity required teams to navigate ambiguity, role clarity, and interdependence—mirroring real-world collaboration challenges .
Debrief and Reflection: The session concluded with a facilitated debrief, where participants shared insights from the activity and their self-assessments. They were also invited to commit to one personal action to role model collaboration moving forward
