Future Leadership™ was engaged by a major Victorian health organisation to deliver a team coaching program aimed at improving alignment, solidarity, and unified leadership within one of its largest departments.

The department faced challenges around fragmented leadership and strained working relationships, impacting collaboration and overall performance.

The Process

  •  Discovery & Diagnostics: Conducted behavioural assessments to help team members understand individual styles and how differences contributed to tensions.
  • Program Co-Design: Developed a series of Coaching Circles (five participants per circle) tailored to address communication, collaboration, and leadership alignment.
  • Delivery: Facilitated sessions exploring topics such as leading with purpose, enterprise leadership, leadership shadow, and leadership legacy.
  • Evaluation: Encouraged open dialogue to shift perspectives from critical appraisal to empathy and joint purpose, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
