The Process

Our General Manager of Coaching, June Parker, conducted three coaching sessions with the Department Head, which were structured as follows:

  • Session 1: Focused on exploring career milestones, identifying transferable skills and strengths, assessing areas of professional value, and outlining potential future pathways.
  • Session 2: Emphasized reviewing their CV and cover letter, tailoring these documents for applications, optimizing their LinkedIn profile, cultivating a deliberate personal brand, and exploring various avenues for securing new opportunities, including networking.
  • Session 3: Centered on interview preparation, where the Department Head received training aimed at effectively presenting their value proposition and demonstrating their capabilities aligned to the expectations of the hiring organisation.

In addition, six months’ access was provided to our Executive Accelerator career skills platform.
