The Process

The coaching process employed by CogNative Leadership Advantage (CLA) was methodical and tailored:

  1. Pre-Session: Participants completed comprehensive psychometric assessments, including the Hogan 360°, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory.
  2. Coaching Session 1: Debriefing of the assessment tools was conducted, and key insights were summarized.
  3. Coaching Session 2: Participants explored potential career pathways based on their insights, discussed mentorship opportunities, and identified actions to pursue.
  4. Coaching Session 3: Preferred career pathways were defined, and a Gap Analysis was performed to establish learning goals in terms of skills, experience, and education.
  5. Check-In Meeting: A triad session with the participant, their manager, and the CLA coach was held to ensure alignment and progress.
