The Process
The coaching process employed by CogNative Leadership Advantage (CLA) was methodical and tailored:
- Pre-Session: Participants completed comprehensive psychometric assessments, including the Hogan 360°, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory.
- Coaching Session 1: Debriefing of the assessment tools was conducted, and key insights were summarized.
- Coaching Session 2: Participants explored potential career pathways based on their insights, discussed mentorship opportunities, and identified actions to pursue.
- Coaching Session 3: Preferred career pathways were defined, and a Gap Analysis was performed to establish learning goals in terms of skills, experience, and education.
