A regional public transport operator in Victoria was undergoing transformative change and restructuring, particularly within its People and Culture (P&C) team.

As roles and responsibilities were elevated, there was a need to empower the P&C team with enhanced skills and capabilities to add more value while leading and operating more strategically.

The Process

Future Leadership recommended a solution that included psychometric assessments and debriefs, followed by a series of coaching circles combined with individual one-on-one coaching.

The objective was to upskill the P&C team, building their confidence to lead and influence more strategically within the organisation.

The coaching circles focused on the following areas:
