The Process

The Future Leadership team attended a detailed briefing with the Principal to identify and discuss the key requirements of the role and the school.

Future Leadership conducted a national search, utilising broad candidate and referral partner networks to identify highly qualified candidates. In assessing potential candidates, the Future Leadership team sought to identify a candidate with a strong understanding of finance management and a willingness to commit to the school for at least five years. The Selection Panel considered an initial list of five candidates from the local region, South Australia, and Victoria. Two candidates moved forward to the second round of panel interviews after completing full psychometric testing. An assessment debrief was provided by a Future Leadership psychologist from the Advisory team to the client prior to the second-round interviews. The second-round panel was held on-site at the school and included a 15-minute presentation on the school’s Financial Report.
