The Process

Future Leadership conducted a national search, utilising its extensive candidate and referral partner networks to identify highly qualified candidates.

The search focused on finding an educational leader with deep critical thinking skills, a broad perspective, and the ability to learn from past experiences.

The Selection Panel initially considered four external and one internal candidate, all of whom participated in a first-round interview via Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions. Three candidates advanced to a second-round panel interview held on-site at the school, where they presented their views on emerging trends in educational theory and practice.
