The Process

Future Leadership’s role in providing onboard coaching was to ensure that the newly appointed Principal was clear in considering his leadership style and the strategic direction he wanted to take the school moving forward.

The coaching encouraged the Principal to intentionally consider how his approach differed from the previous leadership and the impact this would have on staff and students.

Additionally, since the Principal had to replace his former role as Deputy, Future Leadership worked with both the new Principal and his new Deputy to unpack their dynamic, agree on the best approach to working together, and create a strong foundation for authentic and robust conversations. Facilitating an early transition conversation between the two allowed them to work effectively from the beginning.
