The Process

Future Leadership was engaged to deliver an Enterprise Leadership program, utilising the Insight 360 diagnostic tool to facilitate self-awareness and leadership development among the executive team. The methodology included:

  • Insight 360 Tool Administration: Administering the Insight 360 diagnostic tool followed by one-on-one debriefs for approximately eight members of the executive team.

  • Facilitated Workshops: Conducting workshops focused on two key themes:
    1. Enterprise Leadership: Exploring how leaders can look beyond their own business units, prioritising the broader organisational goals over individual interests.
    2. Connecting Work to Purpose: Helping leaders communicate and translate strategic messages effectively, ensuring that all employees understand how their work contributes to the organisation’s mission.
