The Brief

Future Leadership™ partnered with the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences at a leading Australian university to drive a multi-year Enterprise Leadership program.

This initiative began with the appointment of a new Dean and the need for a comprehensive strategy, workplace culture transformation, and an operating model based on Enterprise Leadership principles. The Faculty required a program that aligned its executive committee, schools, and departments with a unified vision and actionable goals.

  • Strategic Planning Workshops: Guided the Faculty Executive Committee through a flexible and robust framework to co-create and align the strategy.
  • Governance and Operating Models: Designed new models to ensure clear accountabilities and alignment across schools and departments.
  • Cascading Enterprise Leadership: Delivered targeted sessions for Schools of Medicine, Dentistry, Biomedical Sciences, and others, ensuring alignment with Faculty-wide goals.

The program fostered co-authorship and buy-in at all levels, creating a shared accountability for the Faculty’s strategic goals.
