The Process

The Success Profiles were developed through a multi-phase process:

  • Research and Stakeholder Interviews:
Desktop research and interviews with key stakeholders were conducted to understand the nuances of each role and how the existing Capability Framework would be integrated into the Profiles.
  • Capability Standards:
The Profiles highlighted the minimum levels or standards that professionals need to demonstrate across each capability.
  • Stress Testing and Validation:
The Profiles were stress tested through interviews and focus groups and subsequently approved by the organisation’s Board.
  • Integration and Application:
These Success Profiles are now integrated into the member portal, allowing members to self-assess and identify necessary learning solutions.
