Brian Gardner

Brian Gardner has extensive experience working as an Executive and Leadership Coach, Mentor and Facilitator.  He is passionate about helping both individuals and organisations, operate in a more aligned, more sustainable, and therefore more effective manner, with a strong sense of movement in the ‘right’ direction.

Known for his bespoke, creative and intimate approach, Brian has consulted with a large number of individuals, and organisations ranging from large multi-nationals, such as Crown Resorts, NAB, AGL, Target, Coles, and Mastercard amongst others, to smaller organisations such as Warakirri Asset Management, CMP Consulting Ltd, Murray Irrigation Limited, and others, plus ‘for purpose’ organisations, including the Y Victoria, World Vision, WEHI, Oaktree and others, and as a ‘trusted advisor’ to senior individuals, typically at the CEO/MD-level or reporting to that level.

After a 30 year career, in a number of roles – ranging from software developer, academic, IT director, HR director, GM, Operations Director to COO – and industries including energy, education, financial services, technology and professional services, Brian has also sat on several boards.  For the last 15 years Brian has translated his corporate experience into a coaching practice focused on helping both individuals and organisations operate to their fullest potential
