Rob Turner

Rob is a senior finance and technology executive with a track record of leading organisations through growth, transformation and complex operating environments. He brings deep experience across services, healthcare and technology, with a focus on aligning commercial strategy, operational performance and digital capability to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Rob has held Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer-equivalent roles across ASX-listed, private equity-backed and founder-led organisations. His career includes scaling SaaS businesses, leading healthcare service delivery in highly regulated environments and transforming finance and technology functions to support growth and improved decision-making.

He is recognised for building integrated finance, systems and operational frameworks that improve visibility, control and performance. Rob combines financial discipline, technology enablement and organisational capability to help leadership teams navigate complexity and execute strategy with clarity and confidence.

Rob has led transformation initiatives including digital platform implementations, operating model redesign, M&A integration and the commercialisation of new products and services. He brings extensive experience working with Boards, investors and executive teams, and a pragmatic, people-focused leadership style that balances commercial outcomes with stakeholder needs.

His sector experience includes healthcare, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, travel and technology.
