Naomi Fox

Partner, Advisory

Naomi Fox is a Partner in Future Leadership’s Advisory business, leading our Executive Insights practice. She is passionate about partnering with leaders using evidence-based insights to transform and future-proof organisations. Naomi has worked across sectors and industries in consulting roles and as a People & Culture Executive in large complex organisations. She knows that real-world change happens when you adopt human-centred, generative approaches that value stakeholder perspectives, and develop and grow leaders to enable them to build cultures that everyone wants to be a part of.

Naomi brings a wealth of experience to partner with executives and their teams to create clarity, shape culture and elevate capacity through her work in leadership, talent and executive development, succession, team acceleration and effectiveness, and coaching. She seeks to create collaborative, creative and systemic outcomes for clients. 

Committed to improving and connecting communities, Naomi serves as the Chair of Ready Set Board whose mission is to empower job seekers who are vulnerable and face long term disadvantage. In support of this work, she was awarded a scholarship for the Women’s Board Leadership Program in partnership with the AICD and the Victorian Government’s Office for Women.

Naomi’s experience is underpinned by an Executive MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management, from the AGSM, UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland, and accreditations in organisational and leadership effectiveness, culture and coaching. She is an Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership member.
