The Brief
Following the appointment of a new Managing Director for Australia in late 2024, our client’s Leadership Team entered a period of significant transition. With a new operating model underway and evolving leadership roles, our client engaged Future Leadership to support the Leadership Team in aligning around strategy, clarifying roles, and strengthening team cohesion. The goal was to enable the team to lead effectively through change and deliver on growth ambitions in a dynamic market environment.

The Process
Future Leadership designed and delivered a tailored engagement focused on two key streams: strategy implementation and leadership team integration. The approach included:
- Discovery and Input Gathering: Individual input was collected from the Leadership Team members, including reflections on leadership strengths, gaps, and team dynamics. Participants also completed the MBTI Level 2 assessment to support self-awareness and team understanding.
- Facilitated Workshop: Future Leadership facilitated a full-day workshop to clarify key aspects of the operating model and matrix arrangements and build alignment around ways of working. The session included facilitated trust and team-building, and the synthesis of the self-reflection
- Executive Advisory Support: Ongoing coaching and advisory support was provided to the Managing Director, to help navigate the leadership transition and embed new practices.
- Follow-up and Readout: A summary of insights and recommendations was shared post-workshop to support continued momentum and accountability.
