The Brief
Over the past three years, COVID19 and ongoing lockdowns has had significant impact on the Education sector. Many people are feeling burned out and there has been some hesitancy to step into leadership, and to embrace additional responsibilities. The College prioritises sustainability, learning, wellbeing, custodianship & belonging.
Future Leadership Advisory had the opportunity to facilitate the Building Brilliant Leadership Program tailored to the College’s context, values, strategic plan, and desired leadership capabilities. Future Leadership Advisory delivered a highly interactive program, with workshops delivered onsite for a new and emerging leadership team.
