The Process

Future Leadership implemented a comprehensive selection assessment methodology for the client that included:

  1. Use of Robust Assessment Tools: Employing measures of personality, leadership, and work preferences to support rigorous candidate evaluation and recruitment processes. The Hogan suite of products was particularly resonant with hiring managers for the insights it provided.
  2. Candidate Experience: Ensuring that all candidates, regardless of the recruitment outcome, received comprehensive feedback to support their self-awareness and development.
  3. Global Guidelines Development: Based on the success of the initial work, Future Leadership was asked to support the creation of global guidelines for best practice use of assessment tools across recruitment, selection, development, and team performance.

Over 20 candidates completed psychometric assessments in the last 6 months as part of recruitment and selection processes at various levels, including Vice President, Executive, State/General Manager, and Manager.
