The Position
Brigidine College, St Ives is seeking a Deputy Principal who will be a senior member of the College Leadership Team. They will hold a position of significant responsibility in supporting the Principal in the leadership, management and ongoing improvement of the College.
The Deputy Principal will work with the Principal and the College Leadership Team to build a culture of high-quality teaching and learning that enables every student to achieve their potential and develop a love of lifelong learning.
The Deputy Principal holds responsibility for the effective day-to-day organisation and administration of the College, ensuring efficient operations and oversight that supports teaching and learning and pastoral care. The Deputy Principal assumes the role of Acting Principal in the absence of the Principal.
