Alice Silver is an agile-minded and goal-orientated talent solutions leader leading the Talent Hub at Future Leadership. With broad recruitment experience across a range of industries in the IT, Digital, Data and ERP space, Alice is most at home identifying top talent in the fast-changing worlds of IT professional services, start-up ecosystems and future of work consultancies. Having worked as an executive search specialist, recruitment coach and leading Talent Acquisition teams globally, Alice collaborates with senior leaders and executives to design and execute innovative talent management solutions, providing insights and understanding of client-side challenges.
