Martin Searle

Martin Searle is an Associate Partner in Future Leadership’s Interim Executive practice. Having held leadership roles and extensive experience as an Interim Executive, Martin has worked across the public sector, professional services, FMCG, NFP, and higher education sectors. As General Manager, Professional Services at SAI-Global, he led the management and revitalisation of the Australian Business Excellence Program, was an International Judge at the Dubai Business Awards, a keynote speaker at the European Organisation for Quality’s annual conference, and a Board Member of IATCA. 

Martin’s expertise in process improvement, business excellence, and extensive sector experience ensures insight and a commercial approach to candidate selection and assignment fit.
