Naomi Fox

Naomi Fox leads the Executive Insights practice at Future Leadership. She is passionate about partnering with leaders and organisations to fulfil big ideas. When it comes to people and culture, she knows that real-world change requires working through the nitty-gritty of transformation, growth and development.  When leaders take their people on a growth journey, they can build a culture everyone wants to be a part of.

Naomi is an experienced advisor and capability specialist, bringing over 25 years of experience in human capital and organisational development. She has worked globally with companies in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. As the Chair of Ready Set, an organisation that supports those facing vulnerability and disadvantage, she contributes to setting them up on their journey to employment. Naomi was awarded a scholarship for the Women’s Board Leadership Program in partnership with the AICD and the Victorian Government’s Office for Women in 2022 in recognition of her work to enable Ready Set to realise its mission. Naomi thrives on partnering with leaders and businesses to tackle challenges head-on. Sifting through the complexities to design iterative, inclusive, solutions.
