Liz Jones

Liz is an executive search specialist and Managing Partner leading the Future Leadership Executive Search business. Liz is passionate about building long-lasting and enduring partnerships. A hallmark of Liz’s capabilities and reputation is the way she is able to anticipate client’s needs and comprehend candidate capabilities to match.

Since joining the firm in 2010, Liz has grown the Health and Life Sciences practice as well as established and expanded the national Independent School practice into the broader Education practice. Along the journey, Liz has built and nurtured a national team of exceptional consultants to deliver the highest quality executive search and HR advisory services to trusted clients. Liz is personally dedicated to the appointment of exceptional leaders to organisations that support the ongoing development of our communities, and her own leadership in both practice areas has made an important contribution to Future Leadership’s capacity for positive social impact.

Liz worked within the corporate sector prior to joining Korn/Ferry International where she was a Senior Consultant for 12 years. Liz was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University and a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University. Liz is also a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
