Deborah Komesaroff
Partner, Executive SearchDeborah is a trusted advisor to C-Suite teams and Boards across multiple jurisdictions and industries. She is a core member of the Future Leadership Health and For Purpose Practice with her clients spanning public health, private health, community health, digital health, aged care, disability, child and family services, professional colleges and peak bodies.
Deborah recognises the need for outstanding leadership in health and human services is more critical than ever. She is determined to help mission-driven institutions find, assess and recruit leaders fit to make a positive impact in the future. She has a speciality of working with faith-based entities including those of Baptist, Muslim, Catholic and Jewish faith.
Deborah previously worked in economic development and brings this expertise to partner on international searches for Trade & Investment Commissioners where she has placed Commissioners in the US, India, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Taiwan and Korea.
Recognised as being highly relational, clients and candidates consistently attest to Deborah knowing and understanding them well.
She has served on the firm’s ESG Committee in the lead-up to it obtaining BCorp status and having spent almost 20 years living and working abroad (in Tokyo, Chicago and New York) she brings a broad perspective to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Modern Asian Studies from Griffith University and completed a Certificate in Philanthropy and Not for Profit Fundraising from Northwestern University (Chicago).
