Coaching Circles are designed for a small group of individuals working across an organisation who want to progress their leadership journey and build capability in a supportive and motivating environment. The program consists of short sessions facilitated over a period of months combined with real world application. Participants confidentially share concerns and resolve real challenges, learning from the facilitator and each other.
